Role overview
Working as part of the Indemnity Team, as an Motor Claims Indemnity Specialist, you’ll use your experience and expertise to identify and process ‘contractual breach’ customers to achieve the optimal claim outcomes. You’ll do this by investigating a portfolio of these potential breaches, handling a portfolio of MIB claims, handling a small portfolio of Peril specific losses where required and ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently, fairly and in line with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:
- Triaging new suspected contractual breach claims and assessing indemnity, investigating all appropriate enquiries and identifying opportunities for recovery from third parties or policyholders in breach of contract
