Act as the operational and technical link between the Maintenance & Facilities Lead and the maintenance team, ensuring effective execution of field maintenance tasks, enabling clear two-way communication, and driving continuous improvement—while guaranteeing safety, equipment availability, and compliance with standards.
Provides consistent technical presence in the field, assuming responsibility for executing established plans and actions.
Improves operational communication, reducing downtime and execution errors.
Strengthens standardization through checklists, SOPs, and KPI monitoring.
ORGANIZATIONAL FIT:
This position reports directly to the ES Maintenance and Facilities Lead and ES Operations Manager and supervises team leaders and employees in the maintenance department. This position collaborates with the procurement admin.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Diagnose, repair, and adjust equipment and installations (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems).
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Record interventions in CMMS/GMAO systems.
Respond to critical incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Perform start-up, functional validation, and safe release of equipment after intervention.
Provide direct technical support to field technicians during troubleshooting and interventions.
Develop and update checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work standards.
Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives (5S, SMED/TPM, downtime reduction).
Monitor and report area KPIs; propose improvement actions.
