Help hospitals deliver faster diagnoses. This is a hands-on operations role supporting hospital workflows, radiologists and patient care in a structured and time-sensitive healthcare environment.

This position supports Scandinavian hospitalsovernight from our Barcelona head office.It suits someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, calm under pressure and confident communicating in a professional setting.

The opportunity

You will join a collaborative and supportive Operations team working in a highly digital environment, where clear communication, teamwork and attention to detail are essential. The role is highly digital and involves daily use of Microsoft Teams and multiple internal systems.This is a key operations role for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in getting the details right, and can manage changing priorities in a calm and organised way. You will help coordinate the flow of radiology cases between hospitals and radiologists, making sure cases are prepared correctly, communicated clearly and handled within agreed turnaround times. You do not need to come from radiology specifically. We care more about judgement, accuracy, communication, teamwork and reliability.
