To be considered, you must:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of real estate experience on the Costa Blanca:
- Be currently living in the Costa Blanca area:
- Have solid knowledge of the local areas, developments, and buying process
- Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered._

Your Role:
- Manage qualified international buyers from first contact to closing
- Conduct online and in-person property viewings
- Present and sell new developments across the Costa Blanca
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full purchase process
- Maintain structured follow-up and CRM updates

Requirements:
- Native French-speaking+ Fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year real esta
