Role Overview:
- Job Title: Project Manager
- Location: Barcelona (hybryd role)

Responsabilities:
- Lead strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Plan yearly projects roadmap/delivery portfolio, and forecast.
- Define scope, timelines, and resource needs; manage cross-functional, international teams and budgets.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and governance frameworks.
- Monitor progress, report outcomes, and continuously improve delivery practices.
- Coordinate, approve, and track all project-related expenses including hours, materials, and services.
- Coordinate work across cross-functional, remote, and international teams.
- Assess and manage risk affecting the project and portfolio.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure project delivery meets customer satisfaction targets.




- Drive or participate in incident management processes to resolve project and ongoing service issues promptly and according to agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with product management to align project delivery with product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business value realization.
- Work with Operational Services and support teams to ensure long-term service stability in production.

Requirements:
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum environments would be an additional asset.
- Six to eight years of project management experience with demonstrated success delivering SW projects, including experience managing schedules, budgets, and scope.
- Experience with project management scheduling tools such as MS Project or Clarity.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English and professional working proficiency in German
