About the Role:
Join us as a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to contribute to a strategic healthcare projectfocused on a solution built on top of Salesforce's ecosystem.

We are looking for someone to join a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership across the project. You will lead requirements workshops, design scalable Salesforce solutions, implement advanced declarative and programmatic logic, and support the full lifecycle of Salesforce deployments.

This role is adecuado for someone with extensive Salesforce experience across multiple clouds, strong hands-on development skills, and the ability to guide both stakeholders and technical teams toward high-quality,



sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into validated technical designs and end-to-end integration solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects or project phases, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Implement platform-wide configurations including custom objects, security models, validation rules, and complex sharing models (both declarative and programmatic).
- Develop advanced functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework, following modern design patterns and re-use best practices.
- Build complex business logic using Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, classes, and approval processes, with robust error and exception handling.
- Manage data integrity through migrations and quality checks using Data Loader
