This role is part of the Amazon Business marketing team. Our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand. As Marketing Specialist Lead, you will lead marketing content strategy and execution across EU and worldwide markets, while leading a team supporting verticalized campaigns and specialized marketing programs.

This position requires someone who earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about customer challenges,



and aligns messaging accordingly — while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will bring exceptional people management abilities, budget management expertise, strategic marketing content leadership, and a data-driven approach. Most importantly, we need someone with a verified track record of delivering consistent, measurable results through both team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key job responsibilities
Lead a team of marketers who deliver marketing campaigns and specialized content across SEO/AEO, marketing content site, in-person events, customer stories, third-party articles, and long-form content such as whitepapers and e-guides.

Manage marketing budgets for EU, optimizing resource allocation and vendor relationships to maximize ROI across programs.

Own and scale the customer references program across EU and WW markets, developing
