Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.- Develop and maintain creative project timelines, setting clear goals and expectations for all stakeholders.- Collaborate with channel managers to establish the creative analysis process and KPI adherence.- Collaborate with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic goals.- Implement project tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.- Maintain a healthy roster of external vendors while managing communication with them.- Be the gatekeeper. Manage creative resources efficiently and effectively.- Maintain project documentation and file management.- Collaborate with general teams across different time zones when required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.- 3-5 years of project management and related experience.- Strong project management skills:



Great at multitasking and ability to manage multiple creative campaigns from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: experience collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.-
