The role ensures that Siemens Healthineers has a coherent, business-relevant, and compliant travel directive architecture across countries, supports harmonization with Varian, and enables consistent governance of the travel directive landscape as the organization matures. It provides the directive foundation that allows Siemens Healthineers to manage travel in a structured, scalable, and employee-oriented way.

- You own the global travel directive framework, including guardrails, non-negotiables, and directive principles.
- You provide oversight and guidance for local country travel directives and ensure alignment with the global framework.
