Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and attending to international customers with friendly, proactive service
- Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions accurately
- Unpacking merchandise, replenishing shelves, and maintaining tidy product displays
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting for daily shoppers
- Answering customer inquiries regarding products and prices

To qualify for this position, you should bring solid retail experience and strong communication skills. The requirements for the role are:
- A minimum of 24 months of previous professional experience in retail, customer service,



or cashier duties
- Strong language proficiency in both Spanish (B2 level) and English (B2 level) to converse easily with international tourists
- A positive, service-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic
- Flexibility to work split shifts across weekdays and weekends

The position offers stable employment terms within an active coastal setting:
- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo)
- A gross annual salary of 20,051.25 EUR
- Full-time working hours with a split shift schedule from 09:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday with two regular days off per week
- A supportive workplace located in the scenic coastal area of Santa Margalida, Mallorca
