as a Front Desk Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first impression of our resort and play a key role in delivering a warm and personalized welcome to our guests. Efficiently managing check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
Performing administrative and billing tasks in accordance with company procedures.




Coordinating closely with departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, Reservations, and Food & Beverage to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Maintaining the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional manner in line with luxury brand standards.
Complying with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton policies, procedures, and service, quality, and safety standards.
Ideally, you have previous experience in Front Office, customer service, or similar roles within the hospitality or service industry.
You are fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages will be highly valued.
You already hold a valid work permit for Spain.
