Offer Description
We offer a PhD contract. The selected candidate will undertake a PhD research project within the framework of the project “Understanding and Inducing Arterialization from Sprouting Endothelial Tip Cells, acronym: Tip-Arteries” (Grant No. PID OB-I00), specifically contributing to the implementation of Objectives 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
Performing multimodal single-cell analyses to investigate the genetic and epigenetic regulation of endothelial cell-derived tip cells,



conducting spatial transcriptomics analyses of tip cells undergoing arterialization and comparing the transcriptomic, epigenetic, and signaling changes that occur following genetic and biophysical perturbation of the arterialization process.
