PodForge seeks a Founder-in-Residence to lead the productization of its service delivery for SMB clients. You will move clients from chaotic hiring to predictable, managed capacity via Embedded Operations Pods, combining IT and business operations with clear SLAs and weekly governance.
As CEO, you will define playbooks, close the first sales, own the revenue engine, hire and ramp pods, and ensure SLA adherence with KPI-driven governance. Equity and growth opportunities accompany a base salary.
