Accountabilities




Serve as the primary point of contact for creative communication, coordination, and work delivery, primarily through Slack.
Help translate advertising concepts into compelling creative angles aligned with campaign objectives.
Develop high-quality static designs and motion graphics for a range of advertising campaigns.
Review advertising performance reports and turn insights into clear, actionable creative recommendations.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks early, and proactively communicate issues before they affect delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work is delivered consistently, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Track performance data, identify emerging trends, and adapt creative strategies based on results.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing Creative Strategist role.
3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced CPG enviro
