Role overview




Join our team and you’ll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team who are on a journey to become the market leading Large Loss team in the country, specialising in Motor Claims. We have exceptionally strong technical capability within the department, and we are passionate about developing our people from a technical and commercial perspective. Because we are a fast-growing business, our large Loss people often have a quicker development journey to that of other more traditional insurers - we're always happy to invest in our colleagues
Due to wider policy growth across Hastings Direct, we have multiple positions available for this role. Therefore, depending on your skills and experience within the Large Loss space, we’d still love to hear from you, even if you’re not quite at the required authority limits outlined below as we may have other positions across the team.
