We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for one of the leading AI companies worlwide. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer centric approach are critical. Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Language Skills: C1 level of Italian and B2 level of English
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)




Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience managing or using databases
