Your mission:
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Other occasional tasks when organizing events or activities.

Your profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in human resources roles, with a focus on recruitment and general HR functions.
- Language Skills: C1 level English proficiency. B2- Spanish.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, problem-solving skills, thorough understanding of HR practices and employment laws, excellence in dealing with employees with exquisite professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience in tech companies is a plus
