WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will work with the designated customer/client entity to ensure that the Production Protection service is delivered in line with expectations

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Ensure all client KPis and SLAs are met.
- Ensure all client specific incidents are understood, followed up, allocated the right team and finalised.
- To communicate all maintenance outages to the appropriate teams to ensure clients are aware.
- To act as the first point of contact in regard to Production Protection matters with the customer.
- To understand any client specific alerting and reporting requirements ensuring that the team builds the appropriate controls.
