We seek a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a gallery assistant in the International department.

Company Description

Our Gallery, located in the heart of Madrid, represents a point of reference in the national and international art scene with international experience by participating previously at important art shows all over the world.

We offer representation internationally to both emerging and professional artists and also local representation in Madrid by searching continuously for new opportunities to build the connection between the artists and collectors.

Role Description
- Maintaining daily office and exhibition operations. Including calendars, database and internal resource documents.
- Provide administrative and research support.
- Interacting with collectors, visitors, and artists to ensure a positive and efficient experience with the gallery.
- Update the company social media with upcoming events and artists information (Instagram mainly).
- Managing the shipping and receiving of gallery mail and packages.




- Offer proactive suggestions for greater organization and efficiency.
- Full position 40h. Monday to Friday 10:00-14:00 14:30-18:30.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level minimum) is a must.
- Other languages will be highly valued (French, German, Russian...)
- Customer service and sales experience.
- Experience with gallery operations and administration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and social media at a professional level.
- Ability to organize and manage daily tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team.
