We are seeking a new colleague to join our team, who will be responsible for monitoring our fleet, use of the freight exchange platforms, management of our fleet providers and analysis of our operating costs.

The person hand-picked for this role will help shape a Porsche and Axel Springer portfolio company and be our logistic-rockstar.
You will report directly to our Control Tower Director and you will collaborate with different departments throughout the company.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
- Monitoring of tachographs and planning the routes accordingly
- Assigning cargoes to each specific truck taking into account freight needs and truck locations, working also with freight exchange platforms
- Managing the homologation of fleet providers: the fleet acquisition area usually identifies potential providers that want to put their fleet working in exclusivity for us and, then, the traffic department assess if these providers are aligned with our standards
- Managing the fleet providers: we work with multiple small and medium fleet providers,



and their job to be done in the management of the providers, like upselling (asking them to put more trucks), supervision of their KPIs, establish personal relationships with them, etc.
- Identifying potential improvements in our tech and work with the Product team to improve our OPS platform
- Defining the procedures of operations (e.g. what if analysis) and establish relationship with key partners (e.g. service stations, etc.)
What we need you to have:
- Experience of more than 2 years in a traffic department in a road freight company (either fleet company or freight forwarder)
- Ambitious person - startups are chaotic and we need ambitious people so we can build upon this chaos a create a strong and great company
- English and Spanish. A 3rd language would also be highly desirable (e.g. French / German / Romanian / Polish / Bulgarian)
- Experience managing traffic internationally
