The Tenancy Change and Nomination Coordinator role:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference in your community? We are looking for a proactive and organised Tenancy Change and Nomination Coordinator to join our dynamic Lettings service.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in effectively co-ordinating the customer experience and legal duties when managing tenancy change, mutual exchange and nomination requests. Ensuring tenants understand their responsibilities and enable tenancy sustainment by completing pre-tenancy checks prior to tenancy changes, mutual exchanges.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Tenancy Change and Nomination Coordinator:
- Co-ordinate activities around tenancy changes, mutual exchanges and the advertisement and allocation of Housing Association Nominations, and ensure these are logged timely and accurately, contacting the customer
