We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Detailer to join a large-scale data centre project in Spain, delivering a technically complex scheme for a leading international contractor.
This is a site and office-based role, suited to someone with strong mechanical building services knowledge and experience producing high-quality installation drawings for major MEP projects.
MEP Detailer Skills
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, with a solid understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, pipework, plant, and associated services.
- You will have experience producing coordinated mechanical drawings for construction, with a strong awareness of installation sequencing and site constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.

As a MEP Detailer




- You will be responsible for producing detailed mechanical installation drawings in line with project specifications and programme requirements.
- You will work closely with mechanical engineers, BIM teams, project managers, and site teams to ensure all mechanical services are fully coordinated and clash-free.
- You will manage drawing revisions, updates, and issue control, ensuring the latest information is issued to site.
- You will assist in resolving technical queries and coordination issues, supporting RFIs and design clarifications as required.
- You will also contribute to the development of as-built drawings and handover documentation towards project completion.

The Package
Salary will be DOE, with an expected range of at least €65,000 plus package. Additional benefits may include travel support, accommodation allowance, per diem, bonus, and a full benefits package.
