We aim to compete with the best in the business and will rely on our experienced Producers for managing the execution and delivery of their project, partnering with the VFX Supervisor and Director to bring the project to life. They will foster the crew’s relationship with the client, producing the review and approval pipeline. The Producer will assemble the initial show breakdown and bid, along with the macro production schedule. Working with the Resource Schedule Manager, they will plan and schedule facility resources as required. As the project progresses through production, they will manage the ongoing breakdown and bidding process, liaising with the client throughout.



The Producer will manage the film crew, mentoring and guiding the leadership and production teams on the project.

Needs to Do: Requires understanding of the CG production process from artistic, managerial, and operational perspectives. They must achieve and balance both the creative and operational goals of the project Assemble budget assumptions, breakdowns, and an overall macro schedule. They will partner and mentor the Production Manager, ensuring the macro schedule is achievable, and that its targets are being met by each departments’ output Organize and facilitate methodology meetings with the VFX Supervisor and Director, working with the leadership team and the DNEG facility teams to assemble an executable pipeline Produce the review and approval structure for the project, working with the Head of Production to determine inventory and quota forecasts and resource needs for all departments Responsible for the p
