We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions. This role is key to supporting the company’s growth by ensuring effective talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement across all departments.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within real estate, construction, or hospitality sectors
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
