We are looking for a Corporate Legal Associate to join our Corporate Department.

This is a great opportunity for a junior legal professional with 1-2 years of experience who is looking to grow in an international business environment, supporting contract management, corporate governance matters, KYC/compliance processes and internal legal coordination across the group.

Key Responsibilities
- Support in the drafting, review and management of contracts (mainly in English), including:
- Service agreements (asset management & advisory)
- Intercompany agreements
- Assist in contract lifecycle management, including maintenance of digital contract registers and tracking of key obligations, deadlines, renewals and terminations.
- Support KYC processes (clients and counterparties) and compliance-related reviews.
- Review and coordinate certain supplier/service provider contracts.
- Assist in corporate governance matters of group companies, including:
- Preparation of minutes and corporate documentation
- Filings, notarisation processes and signature coordination




- Tracking of corporate deadlines and governance requirements
- Support internal communication of legal processes and contracting procedures.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather and organise legal and corporate information.
- Assist in ESG-related reporting and client-related requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal protocols, templates and workflows.

Requirements:
- Law degree.
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm (corporate/commercial).
- Strong command of English (working language).
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial law basics.
- Experience or familiarity with contract drafting and review is highly valued.
