Your mission:
PUMA is seeking a commercially driven Director South Retail Europe to lead and expand its Full Price (FPS) and Factory Outlet (FOC) store network across the region.

This senior leadership position carries full P&L; responsibility for Southern Europe retail operations, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and brand excellence. The role mainly includes:
- Sales and Profitability: Maximize sales, margin, and profit while maintaining brand image.
- Business Opportunities: Identify and leverage opportunities to achieve financial goals through productivity, quality enhancements, and cost control.
- Market Analysis: Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, local market trends, and competition to drive business. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to innovate and respond to business trends.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s core values and service standards.
- Operational Excellence:



Achieve operational metrics and consistently follow standard operating and customer service procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and growth strategies, including marketing and merchandising opportunities.
- Data Transparency and Analytics: Ensure transparency and communication of key data for effective decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Build and drive high-performance, accountable, and service-oriented teams. Develop and implement succession planning through effective hiring, development, and retention.
- Responsible for all aspects of the performance management and professional development of the team, including recruitment, development plans, providing constructive feedback, appraisals and exit processes.
