FUNCTION/POSITION OVERVIEW

Our EUAU Old El Paso and Green Giant business is growing and needs an R&D; Technician I, to support the growth of the business by collaborating with the team during the development and commercialization of innovation and renovation projects.





In this role you will provide benchtop support to develop new products and packaging materials for the EUAU Meal business. This position is primarily focused on hands-on development and execution. You will also support the team in the maintenance of GMPs, 5s, Food and People Safety standards, and general administrative tasks.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the team to develop bench product prototypes of new and improved products in the pilot plant.
- Collaborate with scientists on method development and enhancements.
- Enable the commercialization of new products by supporting the execution of line trials and start-up of new products and new lines
- Collaborate with ingredient suppliers to improve ingredient quality, define ingredient specs and alignment on analytical methods for characterization
- Build ingredients and finished product specs and document them in the specifications systems.
