Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of overseas digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales service functions.
Manage the full incident lifecycle, including identification, root cause analysis, resolution follow-up,



and post-resolution improvement actions.
Support the deployment of new systems, product features, and digital tools across international markets.
Prepare and deliver enablement activities, including user training, operational guidance, documentation, and post-deployment support.
Monitor product performance, system usage, incident resolution metrics, user satisfaction, and adoption indicators.
Establish feedback loops with internal users and stakeholders to gather insights and promote data-driven improvements.
Coordinate with geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear communication, priority alignment, and efficient workflows across time zones and cultural contexts.
Support any additional tasks, projects, or initiatives assigned by the department.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
