Own the monthly,quarterlyand annual close for the Norwegian,



Swedish,Finnishand Luxembourg entities
Prepare and review statutory financial statements under local GAAP and reconcile these to IFRS group reporting
Design,documentandmaintaingroup accounting procedures, closecalendarsand internal controls
Own balance sheet integrity: reconciliations, intercompany, accruals, fixed assets,leasesand FX
Lead,structureand develop the accounting team — set priorities, reviewworkand build capability
Act as primary counterpart to tax advisors and auditors in eachjurisdiction
Own accounting workstreams in the Oracle NetSuite implementation and post go-live configuration (chart of accounts, close process, approval workflows)
Support VAT and other statutory filings in cooperation with local advisors
Several years in a comparable accounting management or senior accountant role in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment;
