Lead the production and delivery of congresses, meetings, symposia and brand experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client requirements
Coach, mentor and support Project Managers and operational team members, helping develop capabilities and drive delivery excellence across the account
Partner with the Account Lead to monitor client satisfaction, operational performance, resource allocation and overall account health
Oversee account financials, including budget consolidation, forecasting, reporting and operational performance tracking

8+ years of experience within an event agency environment , including significant exposure to pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients
~ Strong experience managing event delivery, operational processes, reporting frameworks and team coordination
~ Demonstrated expertise in resource planning, utilization management, forecasting and budget oversight
~ Advanced knowledge of Cvent and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 , including Excel-based reporting and analysis
~ Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken (No scrambled oeufs at egg , svp.)
