Business Development Associate

We're looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our BD team's daily operations. You'll also help manage the company's marketing and social media presence. It's a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to how business development works in a fast-growing biotech, with real ownership over processes and projects from day one.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a business development, sales support, marketing, or operations role, ideally within healthcare, life sciences or pharma.




Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for producing polished commercial and marketing materials.
Comfort with social media management and basic content creation.
Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
CRM ownership: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, up-to-date information on leads, prospects, partners and opportunities; Commercial materials: Draft and design proposals, pitch decks, one-pagers and other commercial/sales materials in coordination with BD leads.
Marketing & social media: Manage Flomics' social media channels and support broader marketing efforts, including content creation and coordination with external providers when needed.
