Role overview




As our Fraud Performance and Controls Lead, you’ll be leading the performance and optimisation or our end to end Policy Fraud portfolio, driving commercial value through the effective design, performance and continuous improvement of fraud controls, underwriting referrals and operational processes.

You’ll act as the critical link between Underwriting, Analytics and Operations, with accountability for maximising fraud prevention outcomes, reducing friction for genuine customers and delivering sustainable profitability through an effective fraud control framework.
Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:
- Owning the performance of the Policy Fraud portfolio against agreed fraud, commercial and customer measures, identifying opportunities to improve fraud detection, referral efficiency and underwriting outcomes
- Driving initiatives that improve loss ratio, referral performance and ope
