Your leadership will help teams stay aligned, empowered, and focused on meaningful outcomes throughout the development lifecycle. You will act as a key problem-solver, making decisive calls when challenges arise and adapting production strategies as projects evolve. Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies for multiple cross-disciplinary strike teams, keeping player experience, game quality, schedule, and budget at the center of decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, establish milestones, prioritize deliverables, and align teams around a clear development strategy.
Lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the game development lifecycle, creating an environment where people have clear responsibilities, ownership, and accountability.
Build, mentor, and empower high-performing distributed teams, helping individuals and teams perform at their best while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
