Manage and maintain Microsoft-based workstations, laptops, and servers.
Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to internal teams.
Implement and coordinate security measures to protect company data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement IT projects.
Maintain and update IT documentation for systems and processes.




Monitor system performance and determine areas for improvement.
Conduct regular system audits and ensure strict compliance with IT policies.
More than 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Office 365 software and its administration.
Over 5 years of experience working with Windows Active Directory and Azure environments.
Over 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune.
Proven experience with user migration in Office 365 and Azure.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage projects, work by deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
