Role overview
Join an ambitious learning team where you can shape learning from the first conversation through to launch and continuous improvement. You will turn business needs into innovative, inclusive and engaging experiences across digital, virtual and in-person formats, supporting technical insurance learning and wider capability across Claims, Customer Operations and other teams. With real ownership across discovery, design, development, delivery and evaluation, you will help bring an exciting learning agenda to life and create solutions that make a measurable difference for colleagues and customers.

- Own the end-to-end learning design journey, from discovery and consultation through to design, build, launch, evaluation and continuous improvement
- Create innovative experientiallearning across a range of modalities
- Partner with OD Capability Partners, Training Leaders, HR Business Partners and subject matter
