Lead Statistics, Data Science, and Enterprise AI Enablement
- Champion the use of statistics,

- Drive enterprise-wide AI capability building and responsible technology adoption.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop future-ready AI skills and unlock new opportunities for growth and performance.

Lead Innovation and Modernization of Product Development Platforms
- Own the strategy and evolution of the Q.LIFE® Product Development Platform, advancing AI-enabled innovation across Lubrizol.
- Lead the development, governance, and scaling of AI and machine learning solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, universities, and research organizations to accelerate innovation and capability development.

Expand Enterprise AI Impact Across Operations and Supply Chain
- Identify and lead high-value AI initiatives across manufacturing, o
