We are looking for an Operations Admin Specialist to support the daily administrative operations of our properties from HQ, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth coordination between teams, and reliable follow-up on operational tasks. This role plays a key part in keeping our operational data organized and our teams aligned across locations.
Prepare, consolidate, and maintain operational reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist in monitoring key operational metrics (occupancy, maintenance, guest satisfaction, inventory) and flag deviations.
Manage and update administrative documentation, records, and internal databases.




Coordinate with the Contact Center and property teams to track guest requests, tickets, and operational updates.
Support stock and supplier tracking by consolidating inventories and purchase requests across locations.
Build and maintain Excel-based tools and reports to support decision-making (medium-level formulas, pivot tables, data consolidation).
Support the accuracy and updating of local information, guest materials, and internal operational guides.
Up to 3 years of experience in operations administration, hospitality, property management, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Medium-level proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data reporting.
A collaborative, service-driven attitude and commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy in all tasks.
