Own the entire sales cycle from outbound and qualification through product demos and deal conversion
Achieve new business revenue targets and build new customer relationships
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful customer adoption
Become an expert in expense management
Deliver outstanding product presentations and demos to close deals
Lead full-cycle sales opportunities from qualification to close in the assigned market
Collaborate with Customer Success to improve onboarding, adoption rates, and expansion cycles
Develop spend management expertise and deal negotiation skills
Take on larger strategic accounts as the company scales
Report to the Manager, Sales
Work closely with SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
Requirements

Background in SaaS sales, ideally as an Account Executive or Senior SDR in an outbound role ready to take on a full-closing position
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience sourcing, managing, and closing own deals
Complete fluency in Spanish and English

Exceptional rapport-building and presentation abilities
Ability to lead product demos and close prospects
Target-driven approach to managing new business
Willingness to work in a structured hybrid model, 3 days in-office and 2 days from home
