You will assess medical cases, coordinate care with hospitals and clinics worldwide, and ensure travellers receive the assistance they need.

Handle medical assistance cases via phone and email
Communicate with patients, relatives, clinics, and hospitals

The assistance centre operates 24/7 , therefore the role includes rotating shifts (day and evening) .
