Job Purpose To lead and develop a team of Renewal Sales Specialists focused on customer retention, renewal readiness, customer engagement, and lifecycle management activities. The role is responsible for driving team performance, supporting partners throughout the customer lifecycle, and ensuring successful renewal outcomes while identifying opportunities for customer growth and expansion.

Set clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans, supported by regular coaching and performance reviews.
Create a positive and high-performing team culture through training, recognition, and continuous development.
Ensure timely and proactive management of upcoming renewal opportunities.
Support the team in identifying risks, retention opportunities, and customer growth potential.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Vendor, and Partner teams to maximize customer lifetime value.
Monitor renewal pipelines and provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
Promote the adoption of Customer Lifecycle Services and lifecycle best practices.
