As a Project Manager - Senior Associate within Asset & Wealth Management Operations team, you will manage the delivery of new features and products at scale, partnering across business, technology, finance, legal, risk, and compliance to deliver outcomes with an end-to-end focus on user experience and product strategy.

Job responsibilities

Drive delivery of new features and product enhancements from initiation through implementation at scale

Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, legal, risk, and compliance to align priorities and execution plans

Translate business strategy into clear requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes

Lead requirements gathering and maintain documentation to support delivery and decision-making

Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, regression testing, and implementation readiness activities

Provide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, dependencies,



and decisions to senior stakeholders

Manage scope, timelines, and delivery trade-offs to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment

Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree

Several years of product management and/or project management experience within financial services

Experience delivering change across multiple jurisdictions and regulated environments

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to deliver end-to-end solutions

Proven stakeholder management skills, including building trusted relationships and aligning competing priorities

Experience planning and coordinating testing activities (including user acceptance and regression testing)

Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with disciplined follow-through
