Partner with engineering, design, research, data, and marketing to shape and deliver product improvements, new value propositions and changes
Track performance against goals and use data to understand what is and isn't working
You've shipped high-quality digital products in a fast-moving environment. You can work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles - spanning engineering, design, data, user research, marketing,



legal and compliance - to get stuff done
You're data-driven, and enthusiastic about metrics. You're comfortable using both data and research to identify opportunities and make decisions
You enjoy working across discovery and delivery, from understanding problems to testing solutions in market
