Reporting to the Language Operations Team Coordinator, the Language Operations Specialist is responsible for owning and driving task delivery within the translation workflow, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and fully aligned with company processes and client needs. The adecuado candidate demonstrates strong ownership of outcomes, advanced attention to quality,



and the ability to manage complex tasks and competing priorities within a dynamic environment. They communicate proactively, collaborate effectively with team members, Team Coordinators, and Service Delivery, and contribute to consistent, high‑quality, and reliable delivery outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in language operations while contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and overall team performance.
