Inside Account Representative Description - As an Inside Account Representative, you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You will manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle by supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing sales, and technical demonstrations.
Recommended Bachelor’s Degree
Native Spanish and English fluency is mandatory.
Ability to support account teams and drive sales for transactional deals.
Experience in selling services and recurring revenue models.
Proficiency in digital and remote selling.




Demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to improve sales performance and customer engagement. The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions.
