Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
Support change management activities and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.
Track service performance, analyse incident trends, and prepare operational reports.
Work remotely while maintaining regular communication and providing support during overlapping working hours with the Singapore time zone.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT Operations or IT Service Management.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools. Exposure to PowerShell or Python scripting is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with the ability to overlap a few working hours with Singapore business hours.
