An innovative biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Manager Rare Diseases to play a key role in the upcoming launch of a novel therapy in Spain. Develop and execute the local medical strategy to support the successful launch of a new therapy within the rare diseases portfolio.
Serve as the scientific expert for both internal and external stakeholders, providing high-quality medical and clinical insights throughout the pre-launch and launch phases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, scientific societies, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical Development, and General Medical teams to ensure alignment and successful launch execution.




Support evidence generation initiatives, including real-world evidence projects, investigator-sponsored studies, and medical research activities.
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field. MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred.
Strong scientific acumen and the ability to build credibility with external experts and healthcare stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Spanish is highly valued.
