Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (SMB Growth) based in Spain. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data analytics, user experience, and business growth, offering significant ownership and influence over key performance metrics. Working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting, you will leverage experimentation, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making to accelerate growth. Identify customer pain points, growth levers, and optimization opportunities through data analysis, experimentation, and user research.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from problem discovery and solution design to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, customer support, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact product enhancements.
Develop and implement experimentation frameworks, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven methodologies to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
Monitor market trends, competitive developments,



and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Measure success through key growth metrics, customer behavior analysis, and revenue impact, continuously refining priorities based on results.
Strong expertise in product analytics, experimentation methodologies, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with SQL, dashboards, and large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
Deep understanding of user behavior, customer psychology, and user experience principles.
