Lead the development and execution of the General Trade Services Data, Automation & AI vision and roadmap.
Identify, define, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
Establish and maintain a pipeline of automation, analytics, and AI use cases aligned with business priorities.
Own and manage the portfolio backlog of Data, Automation & AI capabilities and initiatives.
Partner closely with Business Analysts, Automation & AI Engineers, Data Scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Help Build The Future Data & AI Capability
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
