This position manages the day-to-day operations in accordance with state and local laws and TPG policies for carrying out the mandates of each of our clients.
Visit portfolio of properties assigned to you on an as-needed basis to ensure all maintenance standard requirements are met; Determine cost-effective action for routine/general repairs on common elements
Assist Board with financial planning and budget preparation
Prepare for and attend Association Board meetings and Annual Meetings for portfolio of properties
