We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager – Offtake Origination based in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for leads, prospects, and customers in Iberia, guiding them through the full commercial journey from initial discussions to deal signing and go‑live, working closely with both our local Commercial team and integral Offtake team to build strong, long‑term relationships.

Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Europe and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
Fluent Spanish and English proficiency (C1 level both)
Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and first contact through negotiation and contract signing – translating customer needs into clear proposals in collaboration with Product and Technical teams.
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial partners – IPPs, utilities and offtakers – that can provide compelling revenue structures to Entrix’s customers, improving bankability prospects.




Manage the local relationship with commercial partners in close collaboration with the central function – serve as the go‑to point of contact between the local team and the global offtake and partnerships team.
Source, develop and support the closing of offtake contracts between BESS owners and counterparties.
Support the ongoing development of our offerings by aligning with regulatory changes, market trends, and customer feedback.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, project origination, key account management, ideally within the energy sector, renewables, trading, or infrastructure finance.
~ Experience on PPA origination, energy trading, structured energy sales, or renewable project finance, with a proven track record of originating and closing high‑value contracts.
~ Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge technical, financial, and legal aspects of complex agreements.
